This mom and Pop opened up in 1959. I've been coming here for about 20 years. I had the privilege to meet mom before she passed. Son runs the joint now. It's an old school cafeteria lots of western ambience and the food is good. Fairly priced. It's become a normal staple in my diet.

Always great for a quick bite. Good food, great prices and friendly staff. Family owned staple of downtown Gonzales for many years. I've been eating here for years with friends and family. Thank you for being a part of our town and keeping this place going.

Absolutely the best restaurant in Gonzales, texas, in my opinion. Our own little lubes! Love the variety of foods. Always have so many choices. It owned by the most loving and amazing family. They have been around forever. They fed my dad, my kid, and me, and I'm 77. Please go eat at Tony's. I give them 100++++ stars

Cafeteria style breakfast and lunch. Good food, great ribs. Family owned and run. Square meals at fair prices. I have not eaten there in a few years, but in the twenty five-plus years prior, no complaints. Great family, who tend to all aspects of the business. I miss David "Toni", who would go by every table to check on his customers, when he wasn't busy serving or cooking. Get there early, as they do run out of some items before closing at 2 or 2:30 PM. Closed Sundays.

BEST food I’ve had in a while. We were driving through and looked up places to eat. And seen they had good reviews and MAN WILL I SAY the chicken fried steak is like butter!! Soooo good. Along with the mash potatoes brown gravy, okra,black eye peas,carrot salad, sweet tea! They have a variety of foods to pick from. But I had my eye on the chicken fried steak. Friendly friendly people and the lady at the register not sure if she was the owner. Sweet sweet welcoming lady! As well as the man serving! Thank you! We will be back!! Coming from seguin. Highly recommend to try!

Wow this place feels so welcoming. When you walk in you smell the aroma right away very pleasant and mouth watering effects lol The atmosphere was cozy friendly with antiques on the walls. The service is with a smile. The prices are average. Around 10 bucks plus the drink. the quality of the food is very good. It has my approval y'all check it out.

Great place to eat! Staff is so friendly! The food is amazing. It's cafeteria style, and they have a different menu daily! With several opponents! Only open for lunch! Well worth the visit!
